He is a threat to people, pets and wildlife of the Community.
COMMUNITY NOTICE !!!!!!!!
This is a High Threat Alert. ?
I am having anxiety attacks and nightmares.
I fear for my life, because police and council are protecting him.

He has a history of harassing and intimidating the elderly.
Shoots down Magpies in front tree with air rifle (have not seen him do it, but have seen a dark rod sticking out of bedroom window, pointing up at tree, then magpie drops from tree)
I have been a member of Endeavor Pistol Club in Kirrawee, so I think I know what a gun barrel looks like.
Threatens Neighbours about the Cats.
Threatens Neighbours about the Dogs.
Threatens Neighbours about the Birds.
He left a dead rat on 90 year old’s door step one time, in 122 Railway Crescent Jannali, for feeding the parrots.
Threatens Anyone parking in front of his Mother’s home.
Takes down lost cat flyers… even at 3 blocks away.
Traps Neighbours Cats in his yard… returns them a week later, Starving and Dehydrated, with needle marks that suggests my cats that he trapped were drugged to minimize any cat cries for help.
Some neighbours were not lucky with their cats. Some were poisoned.
