Everyone loves the look of a nice out of focus background, but it’s hard to achieve in a home studio. Accessory manufacturer Lastolite believes it might have the solution, with two new reversible backgrounds printed with out of focus images of a seascape / autumn foliage and summer foliage / city lights. Measuring 1.5 x 1.2m (4′ x 5′) the backgrounds are big enough for almost full-length portraits of most adults, and weigh in at 3kg (6.6lb) each. 

There are two ‘Out of Focus’ backgrounds available, featuring autumn foliage / seascape (pictured here) and summer foliage / city lights. The 1.5 x 1.2 meter backgrounds are reversible and can be folded for stowage and transport. 

The backgrounds are collapsible down to 1/3 of their full size and a bag is included with each, for easy transport. The rims of the backgrounds are guaranteed for life by Lastolite.
