The Tamron 70-300 F4.5-6.3 Di RXD III is a high-performance telephoto zoom lens for Sony’s E-mount. Its compact design measures in at just 147mm (5.8â€) long, 77mm (3â€) in diameter and weighs only 545g (19.2oz), making it ideal for travel and everyday photography. The lens is constructed of 15 elements in 10 groups, including a low-dispersion element for minimizing aberrations. Autofocus is driven by Tamron’s Rapid Extra-Silent Stepping Drive (RXD) motor technology.
Other specifications include dust and moisture-resistance and a minimum focusing distance of 80cm (31.5â€) on the wide end and 150cm (59.1â€) at 300mm.
