Ricoh is by far the best producer when it comes to long-term support of their products in terms of firmware updates. Fuji are doing quite nice lately in this respect, as well, but you can always count on a serious Ricoh camera to get updates for years after launch.
@Rmano – Pentax cameras are cheaper than Sony or Canikon on the same feature set, usually :). So good luck with that!
