Without wanting to sound like a dickhead (that may be a first, it’s true 🙂 ) – it must be very difficult to please everyone with sample pictures, but these really, really don’t do anything for the camera, in terms of expectations, because, frankly, the IQ is quite horrendous on most of these (at least to my ancient geriatric eyes).
They don’t show anything of the new focusing system, which is, apparently, virtually the raison d’etre of this action/wildlife focused camera. My 3 year old NEX-5N takes nicer pictures SOOC than these. Even my old 5D (which doesn’t compare to the newer NEX in IQ, is better than this).
I respectfully suggest that we wait for production images and see how the camera really fares. My gut tells me it is going to be quite decent, if not ground-breaking in these TYPES of shots.

Started out doing photography at the age of 6 using an uncle's old 1940 kodak brownie box camera. At 15 years of age, I decided to buy my very own 1975 Praktica SLR camera. I now shoot with a Nikon D850. I do unpaid TFP and commercial paid work.
