fondly remembering dawn of jumbo Boeing 747 commercial passenger airliners, with its much quieter huge turbofan jet engines, making air travel more tolerable for intercontinental (trans-pacific) flights (JAL), even for young children.
when younger, at dawn of commercial passenger Boeing 707 airliners, with excruciatingly loud (for a young child) turbojet engines, I hated the experience (plus dealing with ear-popping pressure changes) intercontinental (trans-pacific) flights required stops in Hawaii (Pan-Am) … I’d feel half-deaf throughout most of the flight, even after the flight. ouch.

Started out doing photography at the age of 6 using an uncle's old 1940 kodak brownie box camera. At 15 years of age, I decided to buy my very own 1975 Praktica SLR camera. I now shoot with a Nikon D850. I do unpaid TFP and commercial paid work.
