The Blue Angels announced their arrival in Seattle this week as they usually do – suddenly, and with a lot of noise. Over the past couple of days we’ve been able to catchglimpses of them flying over from our office windows, as they prepare for a local maritime festival. But our viewis nothing like the one SeattlePI.com photographer Josh Trujillo had during their flyby yesterday afternoon. High above Lake Washington, he captured the Blue Angels anda few other stunt pilots flyingbeside them as they completed their practice run.
We encourage you to take a look at the full set of images at SeattlePI.com.We’ll also be testing out our telephoto lenses and ultrazooms as they fly over this afternoon, so keep your eyes to the sky.

Started out doing photography at the age of 6 using an uncle's old 1940 kodak brownie box camera. At 15 years of age, I decided to buy my very own 1975 Praktica SLR camera. I now shoot with a Nikon D850. I do unpaid TFP and commercial paid work.
