Maybe I am just being a smartass… But: As long as you give the last answer as an option, it overshadows all other options a bit: As long as it is hypothetical, almost everyone is, first and foremost, after good pictures. Provided there is a really, really good 1″ sensor with really, really good, bright lenses that give you the same sharpness, plasticity, dof control and low-light capabilities as a full-frame camera, I obviously prefer the smaller camera.
Translating this to the real world: I am very happy with the direction the camera market is taking: small size & light-weight, versatile, bright & sharp lenses, sensitive sensors.
About me: I am travelling the world on my bicycle. Every gram counts! In a last-minute decision before leaving home last March, I went for an Oly xz-2 instead of the OMD E-M5 with 2 bright pancakes. It’s great but for the high ISO performance. I will probably upgrade to the Canon G7X if I can come up with the money (RX100 III’s zoom is too short for me!)

Started out doing photography at the age of 6 using an uncle's old 1940 kodak brownie box camera. At 15 years of age, I decided to buy my very own 1975 Praktica SLR camera. I now shoot with a Nikon D850. I do unpaid TFP and commercial paid work.
