Yup, that’s the first Pana camera to do so – at least to my knowledge. (Previously, I had to order all my Pana cameras from the US because of the enforced, and, for me, unsuitable lower-framerate PAL only).
There’s no information on whether the TZ1000 also has switchable 50p/60p like the GH4 or, did they return to the very bad habit of having to distinct models, we Europeans, as usual, receiving the inferior one.
DPR folks, can you give us feedback on this? Does your copy have a mode switch?
