The Tamron 11-20mm F2.8 Di III-A RXD is a compact ultra-wide zoom (with a very long name) for Sony APS-C E-mount bodies. While not the most solid-feeling lens, it impressed us with its corner-to-corner sharpness and minimal aberrations. And, it’s priced a bit cheaper than Sony’s slower (but stabilized) 10-18mm F4 lens.
See how it performed in a variety of situations in our sample gallery.

Started out doing photography at the age of 6 using an uncle's old 1940 kodak brownie box camera. At 15 years of age, I decided to buy my very own 1975 Praktica SLR camera. I now shoot with a Nikon D850. I do unpaid TFP and commercial paid work.
