This Week In Real Estate Video #53 – Apartment At Kangaroo Point

Apt 12. Shot & Edited by Allan MacKenzie from Allan MacKenzie cinema|foto:

Allan MacKenzie in Brisbane sent me links to several of his new videos this week. Allan does much more than real estate but these three are some of his recent real estate work:

  1. Luxurious Kangaroo Point Apartment Twelve is a luxurious apartment located in the CBD of Brisbane, and the feel is very  cinematic.
  2. Meet Lynne & Bill is an interview style theme with the agent. This style seems to be on the rise and works well drawing a personal connection with the home owners to their potential buyers regards their lovely home. I think there is an increase of media aware home owners that are in tune with the online marketing process and what works for them.
  3. Redland City location/lifestyle video for the agency depicting the great location they operate in. The unique thing about this video apart from the front of office and branded vehicle scenes, is all the footage and time-lapse footage was made on stock footage shot in this location over the past 5 years.

Historic Foundation of Charleston – Promo for Houses and Gardens Tour: By David Holloway
I also heard from David Holloway this week. David is building his business in the Charleston, SC area and was inspired by the blog post that Chase Jarvis did back in February about doing personal projects as an approach to building your business. David is now working on a promotional series for the Historic Charleston Foundation. In particular shooting a promotional video for their 66th Annual House and Garden Tour. This video is the first time David got to shake down his new Canon C100.

My experience is that this kind of project is a great way to meet and get to know a lot of people in the business community! They are all in these types of organizations doing their personal projects too. Nice job David!
