While on a dive, Hawaii-based underwater photographer Timothy Ewing set up a camera and captured this fun little video of himself playing hide-and-seek with an octopus he was trying to photograph.
“Octopus are one of the more intelligent creatures in the ocean. Sometimes they are too curious for their own good,” Ewing says. “If you hide from them they will come out and look for you.”

Started out doing photography at the age of 6 using an uncle's old 1940 kodak brownie box camera. At 15 years of age, I decided to buy my very own 1975 Praktica SLR camera. I now shoot with a Nikon D850. I do unpaid TFP and commercial paid work.
