Hi rhn12
this is in the overview section of the group, there is all sorts of interesting information there for you to read 🙂 ” 60 for Pro members, 30 for free members) Members can post 2 things to the pool each day.”

Thanks for that, Beth., you have confirmed what I suspected. I’ve been trying to add a photo but keep getting a message that I’ve reached the maximum number. I have 27 photos in my Flickr and may have posted most of them across various groups. Still under the limit though. Unless, of course, I post the same photo to two groups. Is that classified as one or two? 27 months ago (permalink)

there is a limit per day in a lot of groups, this group’s rule is that you can only add 2 images per day. some groups have 1 upload per day some groups have no limits. I wouldn’t have thought that you would have reached a group’s maximum about of photo’s with only 27. 27 months ago (permalink)

Flickr limits the amount of groups a photo can be submitted to. Pro members can submit a photo to up to 60 groups. Non-pro users can submit a photo to a maximum of 30 groups.
It looks like this is the case for you. There is a option to opt out of this and allow photos to be added to the group regardless of how many groups the photo is in.
Is this something as a group we could do? 27 months ago (permalink)

Can anybody explain why this group has a limit of 2 photos per day; what’s the point? 21 months ago (permalink)

I have changed it to 5 a day. As I am the only moderator and work full time etc I have limited time and I don’t want the queue to blow out. 21 months ago (permalink)
