@ techmine:
While the K-3 is heavier (and arguably vying for the best built DSLR money can buy, yes including the D4), it is not much bigger(1.1mm, 6.5mm and 14.5mm in length, height, depth, respectively), yet trounces the specs of the E-M1. Not to mention, Pentax’s prime line-up don’t cause M4/3 lenses to be dwarfed by them. Here’s one comparison: http://camerasize.com/compact/#485.83,482.346,ha,t
How is a full frame lens smaller than a M4/3 lens of same focal length and size? AND lack aperture ring?
And then there’s all features the K-3 has that make the E-M1 a non-contender between the two cameras.
For cameras, it’s the K-3. Period.
For lenses, the 18-35 f/1.8. Period.

Started out doing photography at the age of 6 using an uncle's old 1940 kodak brownie box camera. At 15 years of age, I decided to buy my very own 1975 Praktica SLR camera. I now shoot with a Nikon D850. I do unpaid TFP and commercial paid work.
