Canon announces 16-35mm F4L and 10-18mm F4.5-5.6 lenses
Canon has officially announced a pair of new lenses. The first is an EF 16-35mm F4L IS USM lens, which is a cheaper version of the existing F2.8L model. The IS system offers 4 stops of shake reduction according to CIPA standards, and features a nine-blade circular aperture. For cameras that support EF-S lenses, there’s also a new 10-18mm F4.5-5.6 IS STM model, which is equivalent to 16-29mm on APS-C bodies. Parrot, the maker of the popular AR Drone 2.0, has launched a new model, the AR Drone 3.0. It also flies under the name Bebop. The Bebop is essentially a flying camera with four rotors. Started out doing photography at the age of 6 using an uncle's old 1940 kodak brownie box camera. At 15 years of age, I decided to buy my very own 1975 Praktica SLR camera. I now shoot with a Nikon D850. I do unpaid TFP and commercial paid work.
